PSW 110 subwoofer hum

I just moved to a new apartment (last apartment, did not have this problem), set up my system: Yamaha receiver, Polk center, cerwin-vega fronts and PSW110 subwoofer. Everything was fine and the world was right. Sound was excellent.
Verizon came to install FIOS. Right after installation, I noticed a hum coming from my subwoofer. With nothing else attached tot he subwoofer, it won't hum, but when an RCA cable is attached to the LFE, it starts to hum. I tried everything. I tried turning everything off and disconnecting (including all FIOS/receiver/tv etc) and still get the hum. I moved the sub to a different room and it still hums. I attached a ground loop isolator to the RCA to the sub and it sill hums (albeit a little better).
Any ideas? I'm starting to pull my hair out.

You have a ground loop.

That's what I figured, which is why I attached a ground loop isolator to the RCA-subwoofer cable, however, it didn't help much. Any ideas of how to isolate/fix it?
