SoundBar3000 Subwoofer not working!

I've had the SoundBar3000 for about 8 months now and all of a sudden the subwoofer stopped working. The Link (green) light is not on but, if I unplug the AC cord from device the Link light comes on for about 1 second then it goes off. I've tried several things such as repeating the initial setup but, nothing has worked.

Any ideas?

    Thanks fr posting on Polk's forum. It sounds as though the woofer's amplifier needs to be serviced or replaced. Contact Polk's CS department at 1-800-377-7655 or via email at polkcs@polkaudio.com and they'll walk you through getting it taken care of. Sorry you're having a problem, but Polk will make it right.
