My quest for a nice set of LS90's is finally over! Awesome deal, the 90's, a CS350LS center all with new tweeters and upgraded crossovers for $300!!! Well worth the 3 hr round trip drive to get 'em.
Thanks to newly met Polkie Lego1 for the great deal and special thanks to kcoc321 for alerting me to his CL ad.

Are you on Dial-up ?
Are they BMP's or TIF's?
Nope, cable. Jpegs. Before the forum upgrade I used to be able to just attach from my cameras memory card and if that didn't work I'd save to my desktop and attach from there... Frustrating. Any pointers would be appreciated. -
Glad it worked out bud
You can email them to me if you are having probs uploading the pics -

Thanks KC. Just frustrating that I can get pic's to post. Took a funny "Polkhedge" with the 90's , 50's, 2- 350's and a pair of Rt600i's in a circle.... -

what is done to the crossover in them?

what is done to the crossover in them?
Yeah Ken, beef up those xovers! I'd like to hear a review of modded 90's. -
what is done to the crossover in them?
Dayton caps, Mills resistors, Jantzen air core inductors. Only about 30 hrs on them. Too early for a review. Very impressed so far. -
Its one of those speakers I would like to collect. I would love to own a pair.Dan
My personal quest is to save to world of bad audio, one thread at a time. -

That's a high compliment coming from you. Thanks Dan! -
I would have loved to keep mine, but I just couldn't justify 2 rigs since I only listen to 1. I missed the 1Cs more than I loved the 90s, but they are a great speaker.
Combo rig:
Onkyo NR1007 pre-pro, Carver TFM 45(fronts), Carver TFM 35 (surrounds)
SDA 1C, CS400i, SDA 2B
PB13Ultra RO
BW Silvers
Oppo BDP-83SE -
At last, the 90's are being discovered by the Polk faithful. I've been enjoying mine for 20 years and counting.

I really was looking for oak to match my entertainment center and LS50's but I have to say that black looks nice considering my TV, sub, center and components are all black. One happy pup! -
