I turned it on this evening and it sounded a little bass deficient. Tried to turn the sub up with the remote and nothing.
Went over to the sub and the LED was showing red at about 1/4 it's normal brightness. I thought it just needed to be re-linked to the bar. Turned it off, went to the bar and pressed the link button and got the flashing green LED. Went back to the sub and turned it back on. Nothing. No LED showed at all. Tested the AC cord to verify voltage at the end, all OK. Thought that maybe the cord could be bad internally (showing voltage, but not enough working conductors to carry required amperage) so I replaced the cord. Still nothing.
Any suggestions? Or will I have to box it and ship to Viper Way?
Sure hope not. I drove right past them when I went to pick up set of SRT speakers from Doug in Escondido, not five miles from Polk's repair center.

Nothing?
Then it's time to ship it in before the warranty runs out. -

I will be boxing it up and shipping it in for repair or replacement on Monday.
"No user serviceable components inside"
When it is shipped back I will post up the turnaround time and results.
