Just wondering is there a sweet spot for the LSI7 on how far apart they should be
or is more of your room/sitting setting?

I don't think there is hard and fast rule on this, experimentation is the only way to pinpoint the sweet spot, I am assuming this is for your main?
I am sorry, I have no opinion on the matter. I am sure you do. So, don't mind me, I just want to talk audio and pie.

    Basic rule,

whatever the distance the speakers are apart from each other, thats the distance to sit away from and visa versa.Equal triangle.

Sometimes I perfer the speakers slighty wider then distance to seating.

Thats only the beginning to setting up main speakers...theres more

Because I have a very wide entertainment center, my speakers are about 12' apart, so I use about 1 1/2 inches of toe-in on each.
