Great. I ordered an iPad 3 the other day, and one of the reasons is to read magazines, etc. Of course the main audio related reason is I am buying a Bryston BDP-1 digital file player, and want to remotely control it.
Lumin X1 file player, Westminster Labs interconnect cable
Sony XA-5400ES SACD; Pass XP-22 pre; X600.5 amps
Magico S5 MKII Mcast Rose speakers; SPOD spikes

Shunyata Triton v3/Typhon QR on source, Denali 2000 (2) on amps
Shunyata Sigma XLR analog ICs, Sigma speaker cables
Shunyata Sigma HC (2), Sigma Analog, Sigma Digital, Z Anaconda (3) power cables

Mapleshade Samson V.3 four shelf solid maple rack, Micropoint brass footers
    Three 20 amp circuits.

I gave up reading print Stereophile because the size 2 font was basically impossible to read except outside. Once you get it BlueFox, download the Zite app, it's a great collector of articles based on categories you choose.

The layout editor, Dan, boosted the font size up to 14, makes for a perfect read without zooming.

I will have to try it out! My Acer A500 tablet has been fantastic. HDMI out means I can use it to run presentations for client meetings and at trade shows. It's fast and handy. I use it more than I ever thought. It's a great Squeezebox and Roku remote also. I have friends with iPads and I don't see any real advantage to them.

built-in HDMI out jack is nice, I have a a little adaptor dongle gives me the same results. In my classroom I broadcast my screen wirelessly with great results.
