Dead PSW202

I believe my Powered Subwoofer has died. I had it connected through Line In port from Onkyo TX-SR600 Receiver. I'm getting no sound anymore. I've tried doing sound tests to no avail. What is the process for troubleshooting if there is a problem and if there is one, how do I get the sub replaced.

Thanks, Al

    acasella,

You should e-mail Polk's cutomer service and let them know. I think that is your best bet.

    Good luck!:)

As Ken S. would say, connect the audio outputs of your dvd or cd player directly to the audio inputs on the subwoofer. Turn the volume down on the subwoofer and begin playing a music cd. Slowly turn up the volume on the subwoofer and see if it is playing okay. You should have strong clean bass. If not, call polk customer service or email Ken.

Take your fingers, press evenly around the dust cap, slightly in, if you hear rubbing you blew the voice coil. If not, then I don't know. But it sounds blown.
    - Not Tom ::::::: Any system can play Diana Krall. Only the best can play Limp Bizkit.
