Is it because the twitter has damaged.

    Hello Manjusha,
    Thanks for posting your question on the forum. Probably the first thing to do is to determine if you have a problem with the speaker or with another part of your system. Try exchanging the right and left speaker and see if the problem follows the speaker or remains in the same audio channel. If it follows the speaker then it is related to the speaker and either contact the audio store where it was purchased or contact Polk's customer service by telephone at 1-800-377-7655 or via email at polkcs@polkaudio.com.
