You've worried more than six bucks of worry over this thing already. Specialty part, $6? Sounds reasonable enough. Go pay Chevy and be done with it.
+1 it's an important piece of hardware that obviously creates a large problem when it's missing. Definitely worth the $6..TV - LG 42" LED
