GM pickup tailgate bolt

Anyone have a GM truck that they are parting out. I am looking for a speciality bolt that bolts the suspender cables from the bed body to the tailgate. I thought I could get this at a local hardware store but apparently there is a pivot area on the bolt below the head that the cable pivots on that makes it hard to match.
