Just for the record, I suggested we only fill out one bracket last year. Maybe we should go that route next year...

You can still fill out ten for a shot at the prize at ESPN, but just link your top bracket to Club Polk. Sound fair?

    Fair? FAIR?????

Seriously, who cares? It's all for fun anyway. Fill out one, Fill out ten, whatevs, people!

Such a hot-button topic. Let's just all move on and get to discussing the actual tourney.
I never had it like this where I grew up. But I send my kids here because the fact is you go to one of the best schools in the country: Rushmore. Now, for some of you it doesn't matter. You were born rich and you're going to stay rich. But here's my advice to the rest of you: Take dead aim on the rich boys. Get them in the crosshairs and take them down. Just remember, they can buy anything but they can't buy backbone. Don't let them forget it. Thank you.Herman Blume - Rushmore

You still took the time to point out that you won it "2 or 3 years in a row"

Only to lend credence to the "notoriety" (or lack thereof) that winning this little contest affords one...

You have no idea. I went back to find out who won last year's tourney only to find out it was me. I seriously forgot.

Shack - Just out of curiosity, who do have between MSU and UofL?

Yes but I enjoy the names you give your brackets...and while it doesn't count for anything...it clearly gives us an insight as to how you arrived at the bad picks...

I never had FL making it to the S16 in any bracket. I saw them a couple of times and they were awful in a very weak SEC. Donovan can evidently get them fired up for the NCAA...but I'm not sure they will get past Marquette...then again they could win it all.

I still believe the only reason they made it to the S16 is a VERY favorable draw and/or luck. VA was nt a particularly good team an MO effed up and lost to a nobody.

Agreed on all points, but I was asking about Louisville and Michigan State:wink:

I took "MSU and UofL?" to mean you assumed FLORIDA would get to the region final against MSU . I have Lousiville losing in all my brackets. I know Louisville is on a bit of a hot streak...but Izzo is another coach who seems to do his best in the NCAAs. I think MSU is the better team and MSU rarely loses before the final 4 when they are the higher seed.

Well... I'd say the latest standings should put some of the rumblings about a "single bracket" to rest for a bit:wink:

Well looking at the standings I have to say that I am in first place. That is if it weren't for all you "cheaters" who put in multiple entries!

I wish I would have gone with my original bracket. I'd be in a little better shape.

Props to zombie boy. I don't know the exact number, but you've got like 6 of the top ten brackets. Wow!

Actually I did a bracket and then named it based on what I evolved as a theme. Should have had one named "Ohio: Doms the Sweet 16"...

And as for the prestige of winning here... I seem to recall you proudly including your win(s) in your sig once upon a time.

It ain't over, but it's gonna be tough to catch zb2k's top bracket with all four finalists pegged correctly, unless THE OSU takes it all. If they do, seeclear has a shot.

I think my "best" one is actually the one I filled out with my son's picks (#5?). I don't do it to win anyway (easy to say after your picks blow, huh?), but just for the fun of it. Go Bucks!!

Thanks. But alas... I would've traded it all a thousand-fold for a Louisville win yesterday. What a crummy day.
