Denon AVR 4311 Cl for the simple fact that room correction seems to be the main differentiation between audio. They all sound excellent when your down to 3 choices like these but since your only using its processor the Denon has xt32 combined with a dedicated preamp mode.
Everyone's choices here be similar to "Goldilocks and the three bears" with the Pioneer being just right and the Yamaha too hot (bright) and the Denon too cold (laid back ) If its preamp only then throw an Anthem mrx3oo with arc room correction into the mix -
In my experience Yamaha has always excelled in it's HT performance but has always been lacking when used for serious 2-channel listening. I don't know if this monster is any different or not, but based on past experience (I've owned a few of each brand) the Denon and Pioneer were always way better for music.2 channel - Willsenton R8 tube integrated, Holo Audio Spring 3 KTE DAC, audio optimized NUC7i5, Windows 10 Pro/JRiver MC29/Fidelizer Plus 8.7 w/LPS and external SSD drive, PS Audio PerfectWave P3 regenerator, KEF R3 speakers, Rythmik F12SE subwoofer, Audioquest Diamond USB cable, Gabriel Gold IC's, Morrow Audio SP5 speaker cables. Computer - Windows 10/JRiver, Schiit Magni 3+/Modi 3+, Fostex PMO.4n monitors, Sennheiser HD600 headphones

I like the SC-57 with those speakers , I think it's the best match. The Yamaha is a strong choice and also has a good solid sound quality. My least favorite out of your bunch is the Denon due to lack of dynamic range and noisy sound quality. It has a lot of nice features but that doesn't make up for dynamics or sound quality. Many do enjoy the Denon sound so don't count it out if it's something you like.Dan
My personal quest is to save to world of bad audio, one thread at a time.
