I Sonic controls locked up

I have an original I sonic. None of the controls are working such as volume, power, source, etc.. However the product can be controlled with the remote control. I have tried unplugging the device but that does not help. Do you have any suggestions

    Hello,
    The best thing to do is to package the unit up and send it to: Polk Audio Factory Service, 1 Viper Way, Vista, CA. 92081. Please include a note giving them your name, address, daytime telephone number and an email address. They will evaluate what the problem is and contact you, usually within 10 days of receipt.
