At Tom Vodhanel's suggestion, I removed the base plate from mine and have it sat with the ports and controls facing up and the drivers facing forward into the room.
Also he did not state where he set the filter point to blend with the 150's. Four 150's running large with fairly high power driving them plus the 2-ISD, just makes me feel we are not reading the most discerning review here...More later,

Due to the smaller footprint, some PB2 owners are stacking them on end. I doubt it sounds much different, though. Probably looks a bit weird too, with the cords sticking out the top....
I would assume his PB2 is dedicated to the LFE channel only, both for hi-res audio and for DVD-video.
If that is the case, then he sets the filter switch to Disable and it plays whatever the processor sends it.
It wouldn't even play for 2 channel music in that case.........worth a question, methinks."What we do in life echoes in eternity"
