The biggest was the CS1000P.
The best would be the match to your system as stated above. -
I can't wait to pick up my csi5 from DJ in April.

I really loved that center and may have to bring one home again sometime soon. When I bought my first ML center the Matinee I was left with a little bit of sadness when I remembered how the csi5 sounded in comparison. It was not until I spent 2k on the stage that I felt satisfied and thats alot considering you can pick up a polk csi5 for under 200 -

design is where science and art break even.

The Cs1000p has oft been mentioned as the best center channel to ever come out of Polk Audio.
I tend to agree.
But Conradicles is right to mention, timbre matching is most important.
By the way, the CS400 was a mini version of the CS1000p (which had built in powered subwoofers)design is where science and art break even. -
The CS350LS ain't no slouch. 4- 4 1/2 woofers and a tri-lam. Love it in my theater...

I don't see how there could be any debate; it's got to be the new LSiM706c.
I've had good experiences with the CS-350LS, Csi-A6, and LSi-C, but I highly doubt any of those can touch the new line, based on the LSiM bookies I've heard...2-Channel: PC > Schiit Eitr > Audio Research DAC-8 > Audio Research LS-26 > Pass Labs X-250.5 > Magnepan 3.7's
Living Room: PC > Marantz AV-7703 > Emotiva XPA-5 > Sonus Faber Liuto Towers, Sonus Faber Liuto Center, Sonus Faber Liuto Bookshelves > Dual SVS PC12-Pluses
Office: Phone/Tablet > AudioEngine B1 > McIntosh D100 > Bryston 4B-ST > Polk Audio LSiM-703's -
I too love the CS350-LS and that is what I am currently running with my SDA's. Getting ready to upgrade the crossover too...
-
My twin CS400's kicked my CS350-LS to the curb.... or at least the closet...
The CS1000p was overkill...More later,
Tour...
