Bad to turn on amp with PSW111 Sub off?

Hi,
I have an Onkyo stereo receiver connected to two RTiA1's through a PSW111 sub's speaker in/out connection (receiver has no sub out).
I recently turned on my amp for several minutes and was wondering why I was not getting the normal volume...I found out that my PSW111 was accidentally unplugged.
I plugged the PSW111 back in and the setup seems to be ok...but am wondering if turning my system on with sub unplugged is bad?...have I probably damaged/stressed my receiver, speakers or sub?
TIA for any reply.
