I have an old Velodyne sub that needs refoaming ... is there a place that sells the kits for subs ?? Parts-express sells 12 inch woofer kits but i don't think they are for subwoofers .........??

I would look in your local phone book for speaker repair or speaker reconing services as I have had good luck with both refoaming and reconing...polkaudio RT35 Bookshelves

The repair went great ... looks like new .. Austin speaker works did a good job ... glad I didn't attempt a repair on my own $65 ... kinda pricey for a little bit of foam but after getting hooked up & plugged in the latest chickenfoot cd ....I got boosebumps ... just simple 2.1 system and sub is just to compliment the low end but the system just isn't same without it .... so it was well worth the $$$
While I was there , they let me look at some old Macintosh speakers that had just come in .... they are gonna do a complete refurb/rebuild on them .... don't know the model but they were hugh wood cabinets ... he said they weighed in at 400 lbs apiece .... coolness -
