Just got the Soundbar 4000 by Pol and get no sound from the woofer. It powers on but no sound. The light is slow blinking green, not a solid green. Any thoughts? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Make sure the subwoofer is set to the same channel as the surround bar.

There is a small switch that goes from 1-4 behind both the subwoofer and surround bar. You have 4 frequencies to choose from for them to operate without interfering with other wireless objects IE wireless router, etc.

If blinking Green it is looking for a signal, if Red it's in protect mode. Make sure you have the sub set up properly and on the same frequency, as indicated above.
