IHT 6000 Subwoofer Issue

My subwoofer stopped producing any sounds 3 days ago. I have used the system for 6 months now. Just stopped working. Green light stays illuminated on back when soundbar is on so i think it is connected. I have synced it multiple times in the past few days and still no sound. No new electronics in the house. Could it be a blown fuse inside the subwoofer?

Hello,
Thanks for posting on Polk's forum, I'm sorry you're having a problem. If the green LED is on I doubt the problem is related to the AC fuse. How have you connected the SB6000 to the rest of your system? What program material are you using to determine there's nothing coming from the sub?
Regards, Ken -
I have used various sources connected to any of the three inputs on the back of the sound bar. The sound bar itself plays fine but there is nothin coming out of the sub.

My neighbor in the apartment next door just got a belkin aircast bluetooth receiver. He even turned that off for me to see if it would help (i live in an apartment). It did not fix the problem either.
