whos a good vendor for Polk?
Been looking for a A6 center to go w my A7s.. and basically there is NOTHING but polk itself on amazon and ebay.
No deals at all, very disapointing. Basically unless it's a model that is sold through Newegg, forget about a good deal. You are stuck with retail, pretty much, and as much as I love Polk, I would buy nothing from them at full retail. 400 for that A6 center is kinda crazy. I got the A7 tower for that much, that's twice bigger and heavier and has twice as many speakers.
I found this.

I lot of good deals here AT FIRST SIGHT, but they get back to you at the checkout with high shipping. Still better than amazon.
If anyone knows of a good reseller of Polk and would share, - appreciated : )

I have found that tube based computers provide the best sound quality. ENIAC and MANIAC I offer a smooth, well defined and articulated sound unmatched by the current silicon based CPUs.

Newegg has the best deal on the monitor series. They carry the Rtia line. Should also check Vanns, Onecall, and JR. If you get a good price from one, you can call the others to see if they will beat it.MAIN: Polk Lsi9s; Polk PSW505; Lsic (in box); Onkyo SR-875; Parasound 2250; Cambridge Audio 740C; LG BD370

the best I found is 300 for open box. For the cherry A6. The black one is much cheaper.. I was hoping for some superbowl deals : (I have found that tube based computers provide the best sound quality. I got great deals on all my Cherry RTis (4 X A1, 2x A7) but not a good deal on the A6. I really paid a premium for the Cherry.

Cherry is quite a bit more, but I love the look. Try all the authorized vendors on the where to buy tab -- I called around to a few and some will drop prices if you call.

Safeandsound has the best price i've seen for the cherry csi a6. email them an offer.
