I-Sonic ES2 Radio/Clock Controls not functioning

Love this unit and iPod works fine when docked.
However, out of the blue, radio became inoperational as none of the associated radio controls work, i.e., seek, tune, preset, store, etc. Essentially, the radio is stuck on 87.9FM.
Radio worked fine for first 3 years, now this. Sadly, warranty has expired.
Upgraded to latest firmware today, still radio/clock button controls do not work on the console or the remote.
For what it's worth, the button controls that DO work are Power, Volume+/-, Source.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Did this happen after pressing too hard on one of the buttons? I've seen this before where the PCB under the button develops hairline cracks and renders the button (or a row of buttons) useless. This happened on my aunt's Sony TV and the Volume +, Volume -, CH +, and CH - buttons don't work properly.
Either way, I would suggest calling Polk Customer Service, they may be able to help you out.polkaudio RT35 Bookshelves
