Hi, I'm having a problem with my PSW110 Subwoofer. There is no auto-start (Orange light not changing to green).

The only way to turn it ON, is "re-connecting" the RCA cable when my receiver.
After i reconnect my RCA plug the light turns green.

I'm using a Denon AVR-1712 Amplifier and the subwoofer pre-out mono output..

This problem could be an RCA cable problem?

I'll try with a new RCA cable because the one i have, maybe is not working well..

    I need a 3 meters cable (10 Feets).

    What's better for this?
    >> A "very low cost and regular" RCA cable? (One of the regular white/yellow/red cable)

    >> A good S/PDIF 75Ohm coaxial cable with RCA terminal?

    Hello,
Keep in mind that is a three position switch and you want the middle position for "auto". It can be a little tricky the switch doesn't have a very long "throw" and it's easy to miss the center position.

Yes, i'm using the middle position (AUTO).

I just bought a 3 meters cable RCA to RCA Puresonic brand. I'm going to try it later and give a more feedback this week.

I ran into the same issue with a DSW660wi that I picked up a few months back. What I ended up having to do was turn the level way up on the sub (from the reciever side). I think my receiver calibrated it for something like -8. I had to put it at +5 and just lower the volume itself on the sub. I think they could have made these a little more sensative to the incomping line levels, because it appears they need a pretty strong signal to auto on.

I think the problem is now fixed (at least for now...), with this new RCA cable!

So the problem was that old RCA cable broken or something...

Thanks to everyone for the help and for sharing your experiences about this.

    Regards,
    Sebastian.
