Hey guys, I've been away from the forum for a few months, but when I saw this thread, I just had to reply. SVS has made constant improvement in all their product lines in looks and capability and still get stellar reviews against competitors in their class. AH did a couple of reviews of the PB12+ and the Ultra13 last year that named them best in class (even at slightly higher) pricepoints. AH and SVS didn't used to have the best of relationship, so I have to hand it to their methodology and honesty. Whether you're looking for ported or sealed, they offer the most flexibility to shape the curve to your room, than most competing manufacturers with their DSP offering and they are built like tanks. Velo's offer built in eq at considerably higher price points...great subs as well.
