Arrived with damaged speaker grill

I just purchased a set of monitor 60s online from NewEgg.com and one arrived with a dent in the back edge and the speaker grill smashed. Their RMA policy requires the customer to pay for the return shipment. So before I spend $50 shipping this back for a replacement I wanted to know if I can get a replacement grill direct from polk either under warranty or as a separate purchase for less than the cost to ship. Also I am curious if should be concerned about problems with the speaker performance down the road assuming it took a blow during shipping. It looks just like the side back edge of the left side panel was dented in. I don't see any sort of a crack or gap where the side and back panels meet.

I know that's newegg's policy, but I've called them out on it, and they've always provided me with a return label.
I would try and contact Polk first, and if that is unsucessful - chat with a NewEgg CSR and I am sure you will be taken good care of. If you're going to have a problem, I'd say you are dealing with 2 of the best companies you could be.65" Sony X900 (XBR-65X900E)

My take: if the speaker suffered the kind of impact that broke the grill and dented the back edge, through the shipping container, I would return it. Who knows what kind of hidden damage might have occurred. I'll bet if youlean on Newegg they'll make it right at no cost to you."Science is suppose to explain observations not dismiss them as impossible" - Norm on AA; 2.3TL's w/sonicaps/mills/jantzen inductors, Gimpod's boards, Lg Solen SDA inductors, RD-0198's, MW's dynamatted, Armaflex speaker gaskets, H-nuts, brass spikes, Cardas CCGR BP's, upgraded IC Cable, Black Hole Damping Sheet strips, interior of cabinets sealed with Loctite Power Grab, AI-1 interface with 1000VA A-L transformer
