Greetings!

A have a brand new SACD (hybrid) of "Relaxin' with the Miles Davis Quintet" that I want to give away. I will ship free to the USA only.

This 1956 release featured Miles, John Coltrane, Red Garland, Paul Chambers and Philly Joe Jones. One of Miles' best IMO. Open to all Polkies with 100 or more posts. Only requirement is to say I'm in and post your favorite Miles Davis album.

I will random draw New Years Day. Good luck!
Carl

I'm in. So many from which to choose....Nefertiti and E.S.P., kind of blue and **** brew....birth of the cool, in a silent way, miles smiles.....

Although kind of blue was probably his most perfect album, Nefertiti was the one on which I got hooked, so I'll go with that.

    In, please, Carl.

Kind of Blue--Probably cliche, but gets the most play here.

Would like to be in, but do not have a favorite. Don't even know if I like Miles Davis. If I was entered and won and did not care for it I would rekarma it.

Absolutely in please!!!! This is a great album!! Don't own the MFSL SACD though. My favorite is "Workin' with the Miles Davis Quintet". In the same recording sessions as "Relaxin'". Thank you for the great Karma!!

Taken from a recent Audioholics reply regarding "Club Polk" and Polk speakers:
"I'm yet to hear a Polk speaker that merits more than a sentence and 60 seconds discussion." :\
My response is: If you need 60 seconds to respond in one sentence, you probably should't be evaluating Polk speakers.....

Oops. Forgot to include the favorite album. I'd also say Kind of Blue, but Birth of the Cool was good too in a different style.

    Greetings!

Using a random number generator formula on an Excel spreadsheet, where each integer in the column represents a Polkie in the numerical sequence they stated "I'm in!"

    The winner is Daboyz!

Send me you address in a PM!

    Thanks to everyone for participating!!
