Great news !! Will she still be able to carry your golf bag in addition to her own ? I'm heading to the hospital in a few hours to bring my wife home afer a 36 hour bout with atrial fibrillation. Kinda scary when the heart rate goes to 150 beats per minute ! Sorta like a hummingbird's heart rate !!

Wife is making remarkable progress. Physical therapy, twice a week, is going well and she had her staples removed today - I know that hurt.
She gives me the time to watch some of the World Junior's. I live for this and thank her for that.
Tomorrow evening - Friends coming over for Lobster and Canadian hockey. It does not get any better than that for me.
    OK, tunes and 2 Channel.

Thanks for all the nice and positive thoughts folks. I am in Yellowknife and my wife is in Edmonton. Long story, but a fact of life living in the North. Talked to my wife twice today and she was really sedated. When she is released from the hospital in Edmonton (Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday) I will fly down and bring her home. New knee and and great upcoming Christmas to look forward to.(She would kill me for ending a sentence in a preposition - She was an English major in University). As well, she will have a nice massage chair as a Christmas gift to look forward to in the HT room. I can't wait until summer to see her back on the course. Thanks again everyone. You people are great. Merry Christmas and a great 2012 to all.
