I finally got around to pulling my Tuner out of storage, and connected it up and it seems to have lost its analog out
I havent reactivated it yet as i didnt get the perview channel audio so I am assuming its lost the analog
Its feeding my house system so no digital to connect to test.
It was all fine about a year ago when it got packed away and shut off the account
I thought there was at least analog audio if inactive, am I wrong??
I dont want to activate it to find its not working anymore and have to shut it back down
is it repairable and cost effective?? or should I sell it as parts? all LED's are fine as is the display and backlighting.
Thanks for any info

Hello Glackowitz,
Welcome to Polk's forum. Yes there should be audio from the preview channel without a subscription so there seems to be a problem. It would be best to contact Polk's CS at 1-800-377-7655 or send an email to polkcs@polkaudio.com to see what they can offer.
Sorry you're having a problem.
Regards, Ken -
Thanks Ken
Will give them a call or email
