This is based on 100pcs.If we can't hit 100 i am not sure yet what they will cost.I'll contact the factory when i have a better idea of quantity if less than 100pcs.Next break is 300 pcs and .50 each less.Most of the $$ is in the tooling as usual.
I went with 1/8" thick x 1/2" wide for 5" BP Cup with NO v-cuts.These are plain round gaskets with no holes or v-cuts.
$2.00 each plus a couple bucks shipping as before.

    One question, why no holes or v-cuts? Cost difference?

    Well teh BP cups have a different center on the screw holes.Closer to the inside.I can find out Monday what they want to put holes in them.I think v-cuts will be too far out to make much difference.too deep a V makes a quick break point.punched holes may be better.thought?

    Yeah, punched holes would be the best for these. Have to see the price difference though, but it would be nice to have them pre-punched.
