first, second, third, Orth. That'd be 24 dB per octave, right?

In all seriousness, this is a mammothly cool thing for you, Polk, the principals, etc. to be doing for folks around these parts. I tip my hat (had I a hat).

I usually do all my work in the buff so that may not be allowed here. At the very least it will have a very small black bar covering....the soldering iron.

I'll take some pics of the process, even though its not terribly interesting. However, the pics of the autographs and all that would be neat to accompany the loudpseakers. They will be custom and one-off's you know.

Just FYI, in further discussion with Polk about this, they expressed interest in doing more of this or doing some interactive work with the Club Polk forum. Don't get all gussied up yet but that's not typical from my experience. So stay positive.

This is awesome. I vote that a stipulation of the Karma is that if, for whatever reason, the winner does not use them anymore - they MUST be rekarma'd and not sold. If I won, that's certainly what I would do.

That would rock. Interactivity with the company responsible for the products. That would make for a very unique forum indeed. Lord knows I spend more time on this forum than I do reading the news lol...

Not to change the subject, but is Mark Suskind related to erstwhile Dean (and Prof of Biology), the late Sigmund R ("Sig") Suskind of JHU? I am thinking that he might be.

If I am just out in space - now's a good time to tell me so!

Thanks. Cool concept, back on topic.

Mark - Yes, it was his Dad and he passed away in 2006.
