    I've got:

    M-500t (x2) 700 mono
M-1.0t (x1) 1000 mono (at least thats what I thought it was, right?)
    M-200t (x2) 300 mono

I get to count them bridged because I could in theory make a 5.1 system with them all in mono, which would be ridiculous.

My M-200t's have a higher noise floor when I use them as a mono pair, same thing with your 400's? I use one bridged for my center and it doesn't bother me, but I don't like the high noise floor when they are a stereo pair.

*I think sunfire counts, what's the breakdown?

Wow.... that's a lot of power. I don't have any Carver stuff, but I think I can still win the title for "Least amount of total RMS wattage". Woohoo!

Not that low:), 35w/ch. But I hear it was hyped and it's more like 25w/ch.

Believe it or not, some people pay thousands of $$$ for only 2 watts. These are the SET(Single Ended Triode) tube amps.

I believe it's Jstas. I made the suggestion and posted the link, but forgot who it was for.

I'm going to be building some 25 watt SS monos as soon as my life slows down a little.

Well, if you want lowest wattage for a single amp, I'm currently running a Pioneer SX-450 (15 WPC) in my bedroom. Then it's the Marantz 15 WPC in the basement, another Marantz (25wpc) in the bedroom, and my JVC 100wpc in the living room. :D

Edit- Okay, so it's not _the_ lowest, but it's still pretty darn low... Sounds good to me, though :-D

Who has the ASL Wave8? I'd like some info please. I'm still thinking about that little amp. But right now I want to focus on getting the HT up and running again. Getting an Epson projector, another amp and finally a cheap receiver with pre outs.

Since we're talking about lowest power now, how about my Sony Discman. I'd kill all of you with mW of power:D.

The price i paid for my carver tfm-45 amp and c-11 pre amp was 100 bucks, my brothers ex hit em with a baceball bat and I fixed it and installed 3 cooling fans over the massive capasitors which are about 2 inches in diameter and 6 inchs long. the tfm-45 can push 1000 watts mono into 2ohm and it will push 500 wat rms in 4 ohm and the 375 the guy on the other page was for 8ohm. atm I have custom built speakers each box has 2, 8inch 800(peak 400rms) watt dvc with 2 350watt tweeters. plus a 12inch explode on each channel. It will push them all day long but once i crank it after about 30 min heat sensor kicks in and shuts off. i wanna get another tfm-45 one for each box mono bridged. plus the c-11 has 2 amp outs.

I actually bought two of them at that price from the same place.

Sick. Man, those were great amps. Probably my fave solid state amps in terms of bang/buck.

I just dipped my toe back in the Carver amp waters....got a VERY sweat steal on a TFM-24.....and was doing a little searching from back in the Carver hoarding days.

Man, I loved those amps. The TFM-45/42/4.0 was the sweet spot. Never cared for the Silver 9t's....

You guys are killing me with these prices. Up here in Canada I paid $300.00 for my TFM-25 and then when it blew an output transistor another $175.00 to have it fixed. Mind you it was upgraded to Carver service bulletin spec and brought to better than brand new. I'm still happy. But $97.50 for a TFM-45...you make me cry.

There are still a few Carvers in use around here. With the update service from Bob and Rita, they may make another decade in the market.
