I own a pair of the upper speakers from the rt3000 system , A played them a bit high in volume , something went . The drivers are all working, but the sound isn't there. Could it be in the crosssover ? It would be great to hear some advice ! Also at the same time i blew the tweeters on a rt55i set any advice for parts, and where ? Thanks

Hello,
It would be best to check with Polk's CS, on Monday, at 1-800-377-7655 or polkcs@polkaudio.com. Mention your CP membership for reduction in replacement parts.

Well I did get in touch with polk . the tech. was great , wow really helped me out , I'm going to get rid of the upper speakers from that set and looking into the lsi9 after hearing from the tech , Also I asked about tweeters for my rt55i , he told me there is a 4 month backlog ! I would like to thank all of you for your knowledge, its fantastic to see your threads and learn , a great site for polk fans !
