Polk 360 sound bar locked up

I am trying to set up my previously working 360 sound bar following a house move. The unit is locked up and I cannot select a source, whether with the remote or manually at the unit. POLKAUDIO is displayed on the locked up machine. No amount of "off/on" reboots will free it up. Can anyone help me? Is there a "hard boot" method, or a reset I could do?
