Product registration question

a little over a year ago I bought my first Polk speakers and registered the products online, which gave me the account to the forums, right?
well, just recently I've bought some more speakers and wanted to register them online but the page can't seem to find my email address. I know its got it because I get emails from subscribed threads and I get the Polk newsletter.
am I missing something?

Same thing happened to me when I tried to register my daughters new 38's last week. We got an email back saying our email address couldn't be found in their product registration registry. So how did I get an email back?? We called their 800 number and did the registration over the phone. The lady I talked didn't know why we couldn't do it online.

well, i guess i'll just have to call in my registration as well.
