Pair of RT20P speakers. Love these old guys. One (left) has a mid-range harmonic that sounds like a rattle and drives me absolutely nuts. Polk Audio Customer Service says no replacement components available. Any help, suggestions, components for sale?

    I suggest finding a local Speaker repair center and see if they can't figure out whats wrong first and then come up with a solution. You can replace the driver if that whats broken with something that performs close to factory. I would then suggest replacing the same driver in both speakers so they match.
    I'm a little shocked polk doesn't have replacement parts for that model. It's not that old or maybe it is and I'm old. I was going to buy them brand new back in the day.
