New home theater room electrical question

So i am all ready to go on my new home theater room but have a few questions regarding the electrical outlets i will be running for all my equipment.

Should they all share a common ground, or should they be ran different?

Should i have a separate panel put in all together and not run it off my main house panel? I have a 200 amp service.

How many different circuits do i need? I have 2 adcom 555se, adcom 7707, integra pre-amp, ps audio power plant premier(which i know i will run a separate 20amp circuit for), and 3 plasmas, as well as satelite boxes, blue ray, cd player, and all that stuff.

Any info would be greatly appriciated

I suggest working with an electrician so he can calculate your total load. They are very good at it as it's their job.
Now I can suggest what you should do as I do theater and media rooms all the time. I work with top electricians all the time on my projects with great success.
From what I read it looks like you will need probably 2 20 amp circuits to run the system. The gear and all equipment should run off dedicated circuits meaning nothing else on them but your equipment.

The room should have it's own 15 or 20 amp circuit for general outlets , lighting should be on it's own.
