Right Front Tower (TSi 300) not working

I have two front towers TSi 300's and they are hooked to an Onkyo TX SR708, this receiver has had alot of negatives with it recently such as erractic cycling through sound modes and only turning off by unplugging it, mine has started to do this and I unplug it for about a day and it works for 2-3 weeks without trouble, I need to get it turned in.
I plugged it back in tonight and my right front tower isn't working now, no sound is coming through, I checked the banana plugs and the connections and all is well, all other speakers are working, my question is could just one port on the receiver went dead?
Any other ideas/help you could give me would be awesome. Would there be a mode where I could test each speaker independently through the receiver?
Thanks,
Jeff

Sounds like a burned out channel, switch the speakers, that well tell you something,Not an Audiophile, just a dude who loves music, and decent gear to hear it with.

Get yourself a H/K reciever, ive never, ever had a problem with em,,,
Seriously going to consider it, Onkyo customer service has been less than desirable, they finally issue a service bulletin so they recognize the problem but of course you eat the cost for shipping. -
Thats right, ya just cant win, even though its covered, your still otta pocket, and they of course never are,,Not an Audiophile, just a dude who loves music, and decent gear to hear it with.
