Vinyl to FLAC 24/192 Conversion Service

I have been trying to find a service that will convert Vinyl to FLAC or any lossless format really at 24/192. I can find plenty that convert to CD, but I haven't found any that do the lossless. I know I could do it myself, but that would involve me going down yet another rabbit hole and I really don't need that right now. If I find the right person/company they are going to have high end turntables, analog to digital converters, and alll the other gear that goes along with this!
I figure this a way for me to enjoy some great analog recordings without needing to jump into that arena since I am fully setup for high res digital. A lot of the music I listen to just isn't available on SACD, DVD-A or high res downloads.... But it is on vinyl!
Thanks in advance for the help!

Have you listened to many vinyl rips?
I have a lot of them and they sound very good. Do they sound like vinyl??? I dont think so. Something gets lost in translation. I also have a feeling that it would cost more in $$ and time than just buying a turntable and lps.I got static in my head

I heard rips from this software and it's incredible. Make sure you use a high quality A to D converter. Clean your Records before ripping.Dan
My personal quest is to save to world of bad audio, one thread at a time.
