edited December 2011 in For Sale (FS) Classifieds
I have a few items from my HT setup for sale.

* Definitive Technology Mythos ST Tower w/ built in power subs (still under warranty)
* Definitive Technology Mythos Gem XL's (still under warranty)
* Pioneer Elite SC-27 (still under warranty)

Everything is in perfect condition (9/10) and comes double boxed with manuals, power cords and remote. (sc-27) I purchased the ST towers new from HIFI Heaven on December 1 2010, the Gem XLs from Ultimate Electronics on January 2011, and I purchased the SC-27 last year from Solidsqual which he took very good care of and it has an extended warranty.

ST towers $2100 + shipping & paypal fees. MSRP $4000
Gem XL's $350 + shipping & paypal fees. MSRP $700 pair
SC-27 $750 + shipping & paypal fees. MSRP $2200

P.S. I'm looking for committed buyers for the receiver and towers before they both sell.

Any question shoot me a PM.

Thanks

Wow man great prices for one killer system. You didn't list the Center channel but it's in your pic their.
So if your selling such a nice system I can only imagine what your replacing it with. Care to share?

So far these have stayed the longest in my system and I know it's only been 9 months. Wanting to try out the new LSI's without having to spend my own money. I sold the Mythos 10 about 4 months ago to buy the 8080cs but with trying to move out of state I haven't got around to getting it yet.

New LsiM's , I want to hear them. I'm hoping they are as good as they look and outclass the older LSi's in every way. I also hope they are better all around then the ST's.

It's been awhile since I heard the older LSi's but based on what I'm hearing from the LSiM707's right now, I'd say it's no contest.

I'm also hoping the new LSI's are a BIG step up from the older model as I wasn't too fond of them. I actually like the ST's alot better than the LSI's for both HT and Music.

The new series makes the old series look and sound like they came from the 1960's.
CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

I think it's some kind of cherry veneer, not really sure but it looks beautiful.

What is the difference between 27 and 37? I am in impulse buying mode and have ordered the 35 not long ago. But. What is different? Great price by the way... Yeah, i could look it up, but researching on impulse, defeats the rush...

You might want to go to the Pioneer website and compare the two.

THat Is a smoking price, I am going the 35 or 37 just in case I go 3d, but at this price I am tempted to upgrade both rooms.

I thought the same thing also but there's ways around it. I have a oppo with dual hdmi outs so no 3d receiver needed for me.
