OWM3 - Loose Woofer

I just opened the box on a brand new pair of OWM3s. When I unwrapped one of the speakers, I noticed something inside was moving around. I pulled off the cover and the woofer is loose, it's dropped down about an 8th of an inch but it's still attached. Is there any way to repair this? Can I take it apart and tighten the woofer back down? If so, how do I open it up? Thanks for any help!

I sent my defective speaker back to Polk and they sent me a replacement within 2 weeks. Awesome service!
