CS1 Tweeter

Hello (first post)

I recently blew the tweeter on my CS1 center. I was wondering if anyone knew the specs (impedance, sensitivity) so I could look into replacing it.

    I would try calling Polk customer service they should be able to help you.

    yeah they just emailed me after i put my service request in this morning. they said it was under warranty so i could ship it back to them. but i think if i can get the spec i can match a much nicer tweeter off parts express or something.

    hey man, were you ever able to get a nicer tweeter? My tweeter just blew on my CS1 and I'm pretty sure I'm under warranty but can't find my receipt and Polk says they can't look it up with the serial number

    Any of you guys address the issue of why your blowing tweeters ? Buying a nicer tweeter just means down the road you'll blow that one too.
