CRS+'s and mounting Gimpods (Tony's) X-over's

I have been working on these and have been trying to figure out where to mount them, The best place I can see is on top up by the tweeter this seems to have the most room to mount Tonys boards. I find if I put it to the baseof the cabinet the crossovers are real close to the drivers and passive.
I'm thinking of using velcro to hang them upside down in the the cabinet with the backing board. I really don't want to screw into the upper side of the cabinet.
Has anyone here used Tony's boards in the CRS+'s yet? if so how did you mount yours??
Thanks!!

Not yet, but I'm anxiously awaiting this problem being solved for me. I bought Sal's CRS's which included Tony's boards. Mounting in CRS+ definitely looks like it's going to be interesting. Pics, folks, lots of pics...Good music, a good source, and good power can make SDA's sing. Tubes make them dance.

I will take pics on how I'm doing mine, I will be picking up some Heavy Duty Velco and I will also use some hot glue. You will need to make a backing board, I made mine out of lexan and ordered some 8-32 nylon standoffs from Mouser. The crossovers look great and these bad boys will be singing by Saturday..Polk Audio SDA 2.3tl Fully Hot Rodded. 😎

Man I wish I had a pair of CRS+'s so I could figure this out. At first I thought "Velcro" no way but then I thought If you glue & staple it to the cab & glue & screw it to the Lexan that should work. Also another idea is to make a offset mounting plate out of Lexan so you could mount the board lengthwise running top to bottom in the original place. If only I had a pair of these.“The two most important days in your life are the day you are born and the day you find out why.” ~ Mark Twain

COOL. I was just thinking out loud (I know careful I might hurt myself). I'm really interested in seeing what you come up with & with you doing it I'm sure it will be well thought out and rock solid.“The two most important days in your life are the day you are born and the day you find out why.” ~ Mark Twain
