RTA15 tweeter only works

Help - my precious RTA15 speaker is producing sound only from the tweeter, no mids or passive woofer. Due to size and location
of speaker onsite help would be useful. I emailed polk and guess I'll just wait. Really hope a fix is possible. Any thoughts? Thanks

sounds like the crossover might have went bad.Does the rta15 have biwiring?2 sets of posts for speaker input?I is possible if your using jumpers that the jumpers came loose and that could be why your lows/drivers are not working.
