error message on tv with surroundbar 6000?

First- system sounds great= it definately works- the only odd thing is that i keep getting a "triangle/exclamation point" NOT AVAILABLE message when I use the remote i programmed to it. (time warner cable synergy v remote and samsung tv remote) I tried to "delete" the program from the sound bar, but for once in my life, i can't.
any suggestions?
