TSi 200 problem

Bought this pair of TSi200s less than a year ago - love them! Very light use, nothing too extraordinary.. probably use them once every two weeks. Last weekend something doesn't sound right and I notice the tweeter seems to be gone on one of them. Would this likely be the tweeter or the cross-over circuitry? BTW, isn't there some kind of warranty on these, less than a year old? Or can I just buy a replacement tweeter? HELP. I wanted to buy another pair but not sure now.
