Downloading the demo now. 12 years for this game. Where will our easy jokes come from now though?

Played the demo. It's just a couple of levels. Ran smooth on my box, but doesn't have the look I'd expect from a current AAA title. It was fun as hell though, so I don't really care. The really interesting part was watching the parade of games of extinct game companies that have done work on this project march across the screen during the opening. I'm looking forward to the receiving the full version (preordered months ago) in a couple of weeks.Turntable: Empire 208

I doubt it'll be split screen on the pc. Like I'm a dirty console gaming peasant. I am a member of the glourious PC gaming master race, sir!

I'm really only picking this one up for the humor. I played the hell out of Duke Nukem 3-D multiplayer over modem with friends back in the day, but I can't see this one having the same draw... and definitely not the longevity that something like CoD: Black Ops or GRAW2 has. I'll probably burn through the campaign as quickly as possible and trade it back in toward Rage.Equipment list:
Onkyo TX-NR3010 9.2 AVR
Emotiva XPA-3 amp
Polk RTi70 mains, CSi40 center, RTi38 surrounds, RTi28 rears and heights
SVS 20-39CS+ subwoofer powered by Crown XLS1500
Oppo BDP-93 Blu-ray player
DarbeeVision DVP5000 video processor
Epson 8500UB 1080p projector

Black Ops, I played the campaign, tried multiplayer, got bored instantly. Never even bothered with GRAW2, since I hated GRAW so much. But to each his own. What I'm really looking forward to is the new Battlefield.Turntable: Empire 208
