California Should follows Arizona Leads

Time for California to follow what Arizona did.

It's time to secure the borders, step up the law enforcement to seek out the illegal border crosser and return them, bust the drug cartels and their minions operating in the U.S, and seek out the moles in the law enforcement agencies and punish them for breaking the law.

We can use another Sheriff Joe Arpaio here in California and follow Arizona lead in this campaign.

The Feds are so disconnected with what's going on in border states. That, or they just dont care. Here's another very interesting article that helps spread some light on even more trouble brewing.

I'm pretty sure California tried to boycott arizona because of Arizona's stance against illegal immigration.

Us up here in the Northwest still have plenty of our honor intact, thank you very much.

John, you better find a conservative 'enclave' in the state or the liberal/lefties will have you for breakfast! There are a few in Ca. I hear! Some well-heeled areas around Orange County perhaps. lol

At least you'll enjoy better weather! I've been to Ca. many many times and it ain't that bad.

This is not the same world it was 10, 15 years ago, times have changed. The border states are paying a very expensive, heavy price, with very little help or compassion from the rest of the country, wake up!

What exactly does "cry to have a good living" mean?

Personally, I stand side-by-side with law-abiding CITIZENS who are willing to WORK hard to EARN a good living. I don't care if they were born here or not, but they have to play by the RULES, enter LEGALLY, apply for citizenship and fulfill all of the legal obligations.

Otherwise, I think we need waaaaay more heavily armed Sheriff Joe's.

"Enforcing" the law, what a concept---apparently too complex for the fed to figure out.

Go Sheriff Joe! Joe doesn't think prisoners should live better than our soldiers; AMEN to that.

Know why Kali is getting involved now? Because Arizona's crack-down will send more illegals their way--and we can't have that, can we. Hypocrites. Like most liberals, they just like to give the appearance that they care.

I will stand ready to send packing anyone that violates our laws and my nation's sovereignty for the purpose of stealing what does not belong to them. I will stand opposed to anyone that comes here to be anything other than what millions have spilled their blood to defend.

Given there are millions people who have slipped over the border,
why does the dept. of immigration bother hassling people who are
married to non-citizens? Please, give me a break. Just give them

California not only ran by the illegals huggers; the LAPD chief said they don't want to do anything about it coz it involves racism for them to be doing anything about it.

    http://www.scpr.org/news/2011/03/14/lapd-makes-it-easier-illegal-immigrant-drivers/

We need thousands of Sheriff Joe for sure but I imagine even one Sheriff Joe would makes a difference and pull the illegals drivers out of the driver seat or out from the street.

An illegal can drive crazy like in Mexico and get away with it coz the law is enforced for the Citizens and Legals Residents but doesn't apply to the illegal. An illegal driver is not required to buy a mandatory insurance coz he / she doesn't has a CA driver license to begin with. And look who is on the losing end if a CA driver and illegal driver got involved in an accident?

I don't even understand how the illegals are able to buy a car without proper ID in the first place.

California, How about treating the law as it's supposed to be treated?

They don't enforce anything BUT attempted legal methods.
They'll jack around for years on one of these cases, but
do nothing with those who just show up. If they just attempted to
do a little about it, but no, they don't do crap.
My point is they'll go to great lengths for that, but won't lift one
finger to do anything else. They even give them driver's licenses!
Texas tried to issue them different than normal ones.but were shot down!

A long time and very good friend of mine lives in Southern Arizona and is a boarder patrol agent. The general public has no idea just how bad it actually is. The news that comes out doesn't even scratch the surface.

He says a very, very optimistic number of people that they catch is 10%. Given there have been times where he's picked up the same person three times in one day is insane. Would be interesting to see how the public would react to just a few of his stories on what really goes on down there.

I agree with others that I don't care where you're from. If you want to come here then do it legally, become a citizen and contribute your share. Plus while you're at it, we speak English here and don't tell us how wonderful your home country and culture is and how we need to conform to it. If it's so wonderful why are you here in the first place? Go home if you don't want to adapt to the American culture.

The conservatives talk big, but look at what they do. If businesses
didn't employ they, they wouldn't come. There are so many employed
on the sly, or with falsified docs, and if they gave them legal status,
the businesses would just hire the next wave of illegals. They want

it's become as big as it is. Nobody wants to be the bad guy.

it's just a matter of who wants to go after it.

You are confusing Conservatives with Republicans. They are not the same. Repub's are Bud-lite to the Dem's Budweiser. A true conservative IMHO is one that believes in three essential things, those being that the government should stay out of my wallet, stay out of my home, and protect the Constitution from all enemies, foreign and domestic.

Border security is National security and is well within the juristiction of our Military Commanders, and the Commander in Chief to defend by any means required. Sadly, defending America is not in the best interests of either party these days. Progressive elements within each party see illegals and their supporters as the next voting block.

Conservatives see illegals as criminals who are violating our laws, and I personally see those that harbor them, provide for them and protect them using legal manuvering in our overworked court system as traitors to this nation's national security. Last week the U.S. Supreme Court ordered California to release some 40 THOUSAND convicted felons to ease overcrowding in the prison system. I am willing to bet that if they released all the illegals being held in the system, sending them back to their land of origin, the problem would be solved. I would stake my life on the fact that the ACLU would rise up to block any such effort on the basis of discrimination.

Maybe we need to loose the labels. They are nonsense.
The two parties lay out a platform and tote the party line.
The reality is most of us run between these two parties, or maybe
none of the above. Saying it's a conservative vs. liberal thing
is nonsense. There's most likely more liberals favoring open policies than
conservatives, but don't count on it. It's an issue, not a label.
This is why this stuff never gets fixed. Open dialog turns into name calling.
Wanting to control immigration doesn't mean you hate them.
Allowing people to more easily come across legally doesn't mean
that they want to burn the constitution. There are radicals on
BOTH liberal and conservative sides. The country was formed around
dialog and compromise. Government is needed and must be funded.
The question is how much are we willing to tolerate and fund?
Same here. Giving out a blanket amnesty is just plain stupid and
you just as well join up with Mexico. And you can't just pack up
millions of people and dump them across the border. Not going to
happen, and the result would tear the country apart.
It's kind of like the national debt. Nobody really wants to tackle it.

An easy question. Regardless of what a man does for a living, a man needs to learn how to mix and pour concrete and finish it, just as well to know how to frame 2x4s and put a roof on top of it.

If you can't grow foods or pick your own foods or doesn't know how to mix concrete is giving way for the undocumented illegals worker, think again what is the right path to take.
