Connecting to PA660

My first post. Hello - I just purchased the Polk PA660 and also a pair of Kicker 6.5 and a 10" Kicker subwoofer and Kenwood KMR-440U. I'm replacing original system on my boat. Documention is lacking all around. So - I'm assuming I connect the sub output from the head unit to rear line inputs on the amp and connect the subwoofer to rear connections in bridge or not? This is where I am confused.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
