So i bought towers not too long ago. So they are Monitor 70II's. My problem is the right sounds a lot louder then the left. You can clearly tell the difference. I only have had them for a month or 2. How do i go about using my warranty and having them checked out. I am just concerned i that i cant tell which speakers in the cabinet are bad or how they went bad. Do they send replacements? If so how can i determine which are bad? Thanks for any help in advance.

Call Polk CS? Use the number in the top right corner.

    1. Check all your connections and make sure they are tight.
    2. Make sure you didnt remove the gold connectors that go between the top and bottom plugs. If you did put them back.
    3. With music playing remove the cover from the speaker having issues. Very lightly put your fingers on each driver. If the drivers are not vibrating, then they are not working.

Have you swapped positions to see if the loudness follows the speaker?
