Subwoofer Amp vs Lightning

The subwoofer to my RM6750 home theater system was hit by lightning a couple weeks back, below is a picture of the damage to the main board. It appears that the chip (or whatever that is) blew and shredded a bunch of capacitors (two of which were floating in the sub enclosure). Is it repairable? If not, how much would a replacement amplifier cost?
