Fix Polk LSI9 Cherry speakers?

How much does it cost to fix Left channel Polk Lsi9 Cherry speaker? I am trying to contact PolkAudio last couple weeks about the issue with my Polk Lsi9 speaker but never get reply back from them. I am planning to send my left speaker Lsi9 to PolkAudio for service but i don't know how much does it cost.

    Polk has great service but there email response lacks just call them but would'nt be surprised if it only costs you shipping
