Detroit is a sleeping giant.....They'll snap out of this for game 3 and make it a great series.

I had great respect for you unitl you said that:confused:. But seriously now, I'm of course hoping to see Vancouver play Boston in the final. Now THAT would be a good series.

I just want to see the Bruins in the finals win or lose!
Flyers...they haven't showed up yet but we all know what happened last year

After the way Tampa played, it makes you wonder how the hell they finished 5th and not 1st overall.

I think the Bruins will be safe, seems like my Flyers have been thinking about the golf course already!

Looks like I was right about Detroit being soft after such an easy 1st round.

Well, I'm eating my words. Detroit has surprised even me. Down 0-3 in the series and facing elimination, they have managed to pull off 3 late game wins and forced a game 7.

I don't think Detroit will pull this Game 7 out. Both coaches acknowledge the games have been decided by a good/bad bounce here or there, and I believe every game except this last one was decided by only 1 goal. I'm thinking Detroit's age combined with the stress of playing elimination games for over a week will catch up to them, and they will come out flat.

SJ is too well coached and their leadership in Big Joe is too good to be panicked.

All in all, is this the best playoffs ever?? If my team were in one of these game 7's I might not think so, but for a non-committed fan I have to say I'm completely hooked.

I was hoping SJ would have disposed of team Sweden by now.

San Jose over Detroit after 7 games. What a series. I'm exhausted from just watching.

Now to Vancover. Hope we don't get swept in round 3 like last year.

Absolutely stoked over Vancouver going to the final. Here is an interesting fact: 1976 Montreal hosts the Olympics...1977 the Montreal Canadians win the Stanley Cup. 1988 Calgary hosts the Olympics...1989 the Calgary Flames win the Stanley Cup. 2010 Vancouver hosts the Olympics....2011......?

The whole town partied last night just like durring the Olympics. There is a buzz in this province right now much bigger than the two previous times Vancouver's been to the cup.

Whether it be Tampa of the B's, i think the Stanley Cup will be a blowout 5 game series. They don't stand a chance to the likes of Vancouver....
